  I’ve been going in this cafe for about 6 weeks now, couple of times a week having a tea maybe 2 maybe 3 cups, I think it’s a nice wee place, usually quiet, there’s a canopy over the front entrance so if it’s raining you can still keep dry and at £1.30 for a cup of black tea, no milk no sugar it isn’t too bad.
  I usually take a little honey in my tea, not even a spoonful just a little squirt, that is enough.
  Every time I asked if they had honey i was told no until 2 weeks ago and they had a little bottle..so it made it my visits maybe a bit more regular and maybe made the tea taste nicer, even when I was mistakenly given an earl grey cup of tea ( which I don’t like) by mistake I didn’t moan or demand a refund, the girl who works there gave me my money back and I put the £1.30 into her little tip pot, everybody makes mistakes... no problem.
  Today I was in town and decided to go get a cuppa T.. I am in the mall, walk past a couple of other cafes and go to what I thought was a nice wee place.
  I order, as usual black tea, no sugar..pay the £1.30 to a guy (maybe the owner, I’m not sure).. as usual I asked for a little squeeze of honey, he hesitated as if he knew I was that person who he had to buy honey for and then said he was going to charge me for it... seriously???? Why start charging now when I been in 4/5 times since it had it and never been charged, he then gave me my money back, mumbled something and I declined, gave me a refund, I asked him if they charge for sugar? He mumbled something about cost.
  Well you just lost a customer who comes in 1/2/3 times a week has a cup or 2 of black tea @ £1.30 a time and now you want to charge me for a little tiny bit of honey in a cuppa... do you charge for sugar? Do you frown on customers who maybe take an extra granule or two in their tea/coffee, maybe you should put it on the price list that honey costs extra
